To many peeps comming to CO to try and make a quick buck. To many growers taking advantage of the laws, there here to sell weed plain and simple. Stupid feks selling on Craig's list, what a bunch of morons. If you get busted and go to jail in Co, IMO your a dumbass. So with that said, the gov is going to crack down to appease the Feds.

You will always be able to grow your own in Co as a med patient, as its in the constitution, and going no where.

If you think your gonna come to CO and get rich your sadly mistaken, you will have to compete with 100s and 100s of growers that don't even use the plant, and they let there lbs go for less then 1k. if your comming to CO to grow for yourself with out fear of going to jail, then your on the right track.

Unless you're dying of cancer and need Rick Simpson oil daily for 6 months. My neighbor's friend has stage 4 brain cancer, her requirements are 1 pound of flower per week for the RSO.

Trying to provide that for one year via outdoor grow means you need more than 12 plants, especially starting out and selecting females.

Another way to look at it is why the fuck do government bureaucrats and police have ANY business whatsoever in our home gardens? There is no danger there. Running a criminal enterprise to sell large amount of bootleg cannabis could create danger.....that's why we have laws against illegal selling. That is the crime. Gardening should NEVER be a crime.

Never have made RSO, haven't a clue how much a lb produces. But a lb a week? I dunno, produce 1zip of rosin per lb of smalls and trim. Did 8 months of chemo myself, I myself never toked a zip of rosin in a week.

Not here to argue, so please don't take it that way. 12 5pounders produces 60 lb, that fits the 52 weeks needed. Of course someone suffering from cancer most likely won't be able to produce that due to there condition. Hella lot of work.

The idea that everybody is going to produce 5 lb plants is absolutely ludicrous & beyond the scope of the law!
The expectation, by law enforcement, of being able to grow trees in CO like in SoCal is ridiculous.

Well, its a 25 mile limit in NV as well. Its OK though, since I live more than 25 miles from Nevada...

As for the legal aspect and voting for the laws, go for it. In NV they are already proposing to do away with the 25 mile limit there. As for states to move to to grow, in WA you can grow 4 plants with a doctor Rx now, no WMMP card needed. No home rec grows in WA though. In Oregon you can grow 4 plants indoors or out, out of sight per address. But it rains here all the time, so outdoor grows are iffy. In California you can grow 6 plants I think? There you have to have a secure area to grow outside though, or indoors. Many cities in CA are trying to ban it. In CO you can only grow indoors. The new laws in Maine are good, 12 plants I think, as many clones as you want, indoor or out. I dunno about Mass and Alaska. I do not hear good things about legal weed in Alaska.

Massachusetts is OK, you get 6 plants per person, with a household limit of 12 plants. Also 6-12 plants for one person is only a $100 civil fine, basically 12 plants is legal, they can all be flowering too.

Maine is better with 6 flowering plants per person but 12 veg plants allowed and unlimited plants under 12-inches. It doesn't look like Maine has the law that caps households at 12 flowering plants total either.

Like CO both states have no limit on the possession of harvested cannabis at the house which is good.
