Federal law says you can brew and possess 200 gallons of toxic alcohol at your house, with little kids playing amongst the tapped kegs, with no licensing or restrictions whatsoever. Most states do not have laws concerning home alcohol or tobacco production.

These laws without growing are us - the cannabis community - being sold into corporate slavery. Sort of the like the african-americans being "freed" after the Civil War and then delivered into sharecropper systems worse than slavery.

PR - no shit, I always make the point that THOUSANDS of people are home-growing now, under threat of criminal prohibition….do you expect them to stop after "legalization"? Of course not.

if home growing is banned you're condemning thousands of people - hard-working, taxpaying American citizens - to criminality and jail. I'm not sure what that is but it's definitely not legalization.
