What kind of CRAP is this? The new laws are being written in a way that you must live 25 miles away from a dispensary to legally grow????

This forces you into buying medication from someone you may not even trust.
And pay top $dollar$ for something you may not even want!

WTF!!!

Is this what legalization is about if so I SAY VOTE NO or Else!

What are your thoughts?

Grow your own. Civil disobedience is your duty. I know the new Arkansas law has that in it. I wouldn't vote for it.

I guess you could only grow in areas where dispensaries are banned.... That usually means growing is banned too. What a messed up law.

In Nevada, its a misdemeanor for growing for 2016 Ballot. Its worth the charge to be honest. The dispensaries Cannabis sucks, its commercial garbage, especially in Las Vegas.

I dont even mind paying a dispensary for Cannabis but not to allow me to grow + their cannabis sucks, no way. There is only a handful of growers who do it right and know the strains well enough.

Id move to Colorado or Oregon at this point if you love the plant which is what I'm looking into.

Don't move to colorado. I believe within 5 years grow your own will be gone. It's getting harder and harder to get recommendations for higher plant counts, and they are making more, and more rules. The dispensaries have a lot of power now, and caregivers are a thorn in their sides.
