I saw a few white tails this morning... didn't have a chance to look at all of them but I'll be planting a couple of African jacks for sure tonight. I didn't look yesterday at all.

Wow Mack that's a tough call. I'm really looking for some nice daytime meds this time, so my criteria is quite different than usual. I'm hoping the fighting Buddha because it's always been at the back of my list, and I like to root for the underdog
I do have high hopes for the Special k Jack for afternoon smoke. I'm guessing the Hightest x ss will be the one that brings home the largest ticket. I wanted to order strains that I wasn't really sure of, because I hope to find something unique that I couldn't have imagined.. I'm being optimistic I know.. Everything popped except for fighting Buddha and Dolce sativa. None of which have cracked yet. Some had 1 inch tails and some barely cracked but most had half inch tails at least. I didn't look at them yesterday except for just peeking at two types. I was happy to see that they were ready for the coco I put the fb and dolce in a fresh set of paper towels in a clean dish I added bleach this time at a rate of 1/4 tsp per 5 gallons of ro water. I forgot to add the bleach the first time. The room has a heater keeping it 75-80 degree so a few more days and they should crack. All seeds from the other breeders have cracked as well.

Well if your looking for sativa effects in the Fighting Buddah I liked the7-UP/Sprite smelling pheno best with thick long hairs. Trust me you'll know when you see it.

Thanks RAW that sounds great.. I'm truly a lightweight when it comes to NLD so this should be an interesting experience to say the least. I usually use fruity indica dom hybrids for daytime medicine, but occasionally I crave a nice sativa feeling. Sprite sounds interesting and motivational. I'll keep my eyes out when the time comes:-)
Most sat dom promote my anxiety, so it's rare that I have any luck with them. Five sat dom vars this time from Chimera alone, so I'll be damned if I can't find one I can use I've been putting off the Mental floss and FB for ten years now so it feels good to finally give them a go

The first to break the surface of the coco was a Medina x. I made these seeds (kind of) from Chimera stock last year, but am not sure what pollinated them. I had a few plants herm from stress (not Medina) one true hermy, and like 70 males in there of various types, so this Medina x is truly the epitome of a bagseed run. I took most males out pretty early so im guessing they were knocked up by one of the ladies. Everything else is recently purchased seed packs as posted above.. 2 of these seeds had already shed their shells inside of the paper towels, and were the biggest of the 70 sprouts. I should also mention the seeds were gigantic. Noticeably larger than any of the others, like freakishly large. I think thats why the sprouts were so much bigger than the rest. Not more developed really, but just bigger and faster. I don't remember if the original Medina seeds were gigantic or not.

So what was your impressions of the Medina? Strange that not more people are growing them. An shortflowering large unrelated indica/wld crossed with a 8 week linebreed, both with new flavors... pollen input from medina is bound to give vigour to tired afghans/kushes. Regarding FB, well some blue phenos are more like your average middle of the road weed. But it's the length of the high that's impressing. Also hmm the flavours are "dull". But the vigor alone, and speed from cuttings makes for a great cashcropper alone. If going for market I would search for a nice berry smelling one, for personal stash the Sprite type, and for power the pine/funk type. Might be some more expressions but these are the ones that stand out sofar from memory.
