whats the scoop on this strain?whats is it like to grow and what is the high like or comparable to?who has grown it?worth it?jason kings cannabible say its some of the best ....true?

It's really hard to say what the best strain would be. It's a matter of personal preference IMHO.

I like NL#5 for that deep down couchlock and I'm hoping this destroyer I have will cure my craving for a killer Sativa high.

I have never tried it but many people say it's their favorite sativa. It did win cannabis cup at least one year (whatever that's worth) and the time I met Ed Rosenthal it was what he was smoking. I am looking for a clone if anyone has one.

Actually it won 3 Cannabis Cups (if I'm not mistaken) but you're right... what does that really mean anyway?

I have heard many, many people (not just Jason King) say that it truly is the Dom Perignon of cannabis.

I am actually growing some right now (for the first time). Journal can be viewed HERE

I'll let you know how it smokes once it's ready for the first QC test

I've smoked SSH numerous times and am growing (Greenhouse) Super Silver Haze right now.

What do I think,you might ask?

Well,I like all sativas,and the hazier,the BETTER,imo.

Some SSH carries a heavy,HEAVY Haze FUNK,and that's the pheno I like the best.
Definately World-Class,alongside kali Mist,in the Deep Funk Haze Hybrid category

Unfortunately,it's also a ++80 day flower period with that particular pheno....

I'll post some pics when they're more fun

they already show a lot of variability from what I've heard, I dunno if making F2's would be the best idea until it's been stabilized a bit more. It's a mix of haze, NL, and Skunk 1 if I'm not mistaken.

SSH kicks ass! i've smoked it daily for years and this SSH pheno is the coverted short flowering time pheno(56 days). this gal is a perfect cross of sativa and indica, she stretches and has thin leaves like a sativa and the short flowering time and dense buds of a indica. the buds are crystal covered and have a killer taste and smell. we came across the cutting from a very relyable source in San Diego who purchased the beans directly from GreenHouse(in Adam)just after they won the cup. sorry no photos here but check overgrow or cannabisworld and check out my gallery.
