Does anyone know if it is possible to eat cannabis plain and still get a very nice high or what.
Also can marijuana be chewed liked a person would chew skoal snuff or other chewin tobacco?

i dont think so. you need to heat it in some way. thats why when you cook with it you need some type of fat to absorb the thc and you have to heat it to activate the thc.
some other people may have more info.

i have tried it very earneslt and no, dont waste your grass
i ate about 6 grams of great dank, and felt almost nothing, wishing i had smoked the shit in a bad way.
make firecrackers or somthing, the resources are at your finger tip

I read that the heat activates the THC so eating raw is just a waist.

Activates the THC? I am a little curious about this term. What does it mean to activate the THC.

I don't know but i am pretty sure that heating it is unneccesary. But to the topic chewwing wont work.

one time i made tea with it by putting some in water and then i boiled it and then left it on a tea cup heating thing overnight and then i drank the tea and ate the herb in the morning and it worked.

Eatin it is a total body high,brownies or Bangh are great.Dont know that i'd chew a bud like a cows cud tho,but as a lad i member eatin roach's,come on....you guys did it too.

This is old info outta a book via my feeble memory: the "need to heat" involves the loss of a water molecule, which makes it psychoactive?

Like I said, this is straight from memory, so there's probably a good to deal more to it than that.
