some claim vaping with a cold is just fine, others less positive

here's my experience, cold was winding down
a little tightness in the chest, some phlegm but nothing major
had a small vape session, no more than a 1/10th of a gram
it did seem to help at the start, dried out the chest a little, felt better
for a while, then not so good, cold seemed to resurge into the chest
kind of dropped me like a rock for a couple of days
vey wary now of any vaping under similar circumstances

they were small hits
diy halogen vape, it boils off the resin gradual, very modest sized
and been doing plenty of coughing, lungs just clearing out after a week

a lifetime ago it was suggested to breath in hot air through the nose to rid yourself of a cold, and it appeared to work every time.
i would stand over the toaster and inhale deeply the hot vapors.
it was the heat...but inhaling hot cannabis vapor takes it up a notch, ime.

Cannabis is a natural mucolytic, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic. Vaping while sick with a "cold" or any upper respiratory aliment is a healthy way to alleviate and shorten the symptoms of said aliments. One often overlooked issue with "colds" is that people do not hydrate enough. Drink plenty of water and vap some cannabis...you WILL expectorate which is your bodies way of clearing the pathogens from you respiratory tract. I hope this helps all.

thanks for the support here
much better, but i will say that vape seesion of a week ago didn't seem to help
my head went way wierd feeling after that
and i have seen the mentions of the anti viral/bacterial properties of cannabis
all i know is it didn't feel so good for me this time

Your body must have been pretty run down.
