Was looking for a new min/ max thermometer that would do hourly recordings, didn't find one of those but found this instead.

Here's the low down-

The OM-EL-USB Series of USB data loggers includes models for temperature, temperature/relative humidity, voltage, and current measurement. The user can easily set up the USB data logger and download the stored data by plugging the module into a PC's USB port and running the easy-to-use Windows software. Software-selectable setup parameters include logging rate, start-time, high/low alarm settings, and temperature units (°C or °F). Data can then be graphed, printed, and exported to other applications such as Excel. Each data logger is supplied complete with a long-life lithium battery. Built-in LED indicators show data logger status. OM-EL-USB Series data loggers are protected against moisture to IP67 standards when the protective cap is fitted.

These USB data loggers are ideal for schools, medicine or vaccine fridges, greenhouse or any application that require a cheap and reliable data logger.

It logs in intervals anywhere between 10 secs and 12h. I'm thinking about getting one as you never know when the temp has dropped to it's lowest point using the min/ max thermometers and how long it was at that low point for more importantly.



Btw- similar loggers on ebay for £16 just bought one... We'll see how it goes.

Rate them highly mate, I always use it to set up new rooms. They do exactly what they say on the tin in an easy to read graph which shows temp and humidity spikes.
