New Jersey Thread

There's forums for the most random states like Wisconsin, but none for New Jersey, a hugely populated state with a medical cannabis program. So i'm starting this thread...

Now going into our fourth year of having dispensaries open, we have five up and running - Compassionate Sciences (Bellmawr), Breakwater (Cranbury), Greenleaf (Montclair), Compassionate Care Foundation (Little Egg Harbor), and Garden State Dispensary (Woodbridge).

I know there's got to be jersey folk on IC that have been to or worked at some of these establishments (both for me), and we should have a discussion on the state of things. What do you think of these companies? The Department of Health's handling of the program?

We only have two more years of Christie, after which I think we'll really be able to see the NJ program blossom. So let's also discuss how we're going to move forward and progress in the mean time!

peace

Wassup safetyfirst? I pass by the Woodbridge facility nearly everyday but I don't have medical so I've never been there. It sucks that NJ is so strict about the conditions in order to be eligible for medical, honestly I'm waiting for all out legalization. Yah...I'll keep holding my breath lol

Btw - Damn blizzard! Hope things are okay for you! Luckily my power didn't go out, phew! = )

blizzard went fine for me, no power issues and i even stumbled upon some old bubble in my closet. squished the hell out it.

once Christie is out of office we will have a real shot at full legalization, or an expanded medical program. a little less than two years to go! til then, we just need to keep chopping at the block. and there are some docs that will write just about anyone into the program if you've had a surgery or anything like that ever (https://drmarijuananj.com/) and I would try the other dispensaries, you'll be happier going to Breakwater in Cranbury or Compassionate Sciences in Bellmawr.

Breakwater's current strain list is: Blueberry (three diff phenos), Bubblegum (two phenos), AK-47, Durban Poison, and Cannatonic.

Their Durban is my current favorite, lemony pine hits you in the face so hard. and the Cannatonic is nice too. nice orangey tones on her. all of their strains are SUPER resinous.

Compassionate Sciences, I've only tried their Blackberry Kush and Very Berry (SSH x Strawberry Cough). Both were nice dense and moderately resinous. I need to make a second trip down there and try some more. I've heard great things about most of their product.

i'd agree, most in NJ are subpar. but so far Breakwater and Compassionate Sciences are putting out the best product. and when they have sales, the price is fair.

::How much are units of nice Cali indoor in upstate and jersey. On the pound market. Single units. what quaps? Zips?
Im talking "A" grade units of really nice strains but not cookie, sour, or O.G. Kush. Just really nice regular high end Cali indoor? Glue, banana, wifi, stardawg, etc.

Thanks guys.

My dude pays 28 for the whole... 8 or so for the quarter.. cali bud. Usually some variant of kush or sour though... I could care less what anybody calls it here. I don't buy by name.

Idk about zips.. from cali.. I consider 260 fair.. anything less - 10/g.. from me.

You can fetch 3 a p from some people here.. and still get 300 for a zip..
