Love everything about these experiments! Nice work!
Regarding Exp. No. 7 (Embryo implantation): If the seed were germinated any further, do you think it would take? The newly cracked embryo went into callous mode but would anything slightly older form a bond with the cambium of the rootstock? Or would the nutrient content of the existing rootstock be too much for the newly popped seedling? |

Results
Here's my grafted monster. The root stock is a bag seed. The strains/hybrids grafted to it are Kurple Guerilla, Blueberry and Blue Cindy. The grafts are all growing strong.
I'm going to veg it out for a month or so then throw her into flower. |

I'm not sure if it would work with a slightly older seedling... I would have to give it a try. However, at this point, it would probably be just more efficient to just cut the steem of the newly seedling above the roots and graft it to your rootstock. The idea behind the seeds embryo grafting was to bypass the plant limit legal restriction in grafting plant material that does't have any roots developpement... |

The last picture is just a clone of a Biker Kush leaning pheno of my BikerKushX((GG4X(GSC forum cut x Arcata Trainwreck)) project. 18 female plants were selected from a 1000 seeds run. The originals plants (18) are going in flowering mode real soon! May be interesting. |

Incredible post
![]() Im thinking about the mantain strain (Nanda Devi for example) with a little number of plants. I want say with 2 plants, graft and have with one plant 6 plants, now 2 plants 12. So the genetic neck bottle (i dont know if it says of this form), will be better with only 2 plants. What do you think about this?, im not so great grower and im not secure about this. And, who be the patron...if is the male probably he dead faster or no? May be better get all of the females and get the pollen of the male from other plant? And finally....how are these cannatatos

An update on my grafted girl 8 weeks into flower. She grew just like any other plant. Zero issues with her.
The whole plant Blueberry 1 Blueberry 2 Blue Cindy Kurple Guerrilla...lowest graft and not getting enough light. |
