Bad cure/ammonia smell

I partially screwed up curing in a bucket. I had several open ziploc bags in a 5 gallon bucket, with a screw on lid, and got it to 65%. It was sitting around for a couple of months. Most of the bags seem fine, but 3 at the bottom turned brown, smell of ammonia, and were damp. I am now shooting for 57% with the good bags.

Any suggestions on what to do with the bags that turned brown?? There is no sign of mold. Would it be smokable when dried out? Could it be used to make cookies, or cannabutter?

Thank you in advance!!
