I'll bet it's the USA.

Herb is global, I'd say the US probably has competition with Canada, Amsterdam and Spain at the very least.

Washed my hands of the boo/bay a long time ago. It's not what it use to be, but for some reason people still go back, burned and all. There is no real sense trying to have a cyber argument with them, they are who they are. Herbie's Seeds and Green Parrot are viable options. Many orders, no issues
