Seed is still federally illegal, so is sending contraband across state lines from a state where something "is legal" to a state where something is "illegal". There is far greater chance of the Dea cracking down on domestic seed sales and sending a subpoena for records and information then there is of them trying to crack down or extradite a foreign vendor. If you think it can't happen look at elite genetics or Marc emory.

I don't deny selling seeds within a med state is probably fine but I think ppl ordering seed via domestic mail order to places where mj is still fully illegal are sheep waiting for slaughter.

Seed has been legal to sell in the UK for decades you can't say the same about the us. If it wasn't for all of those uk'ers willing to risk their shit to send seed to the US all these years the US canna movement wouldn't be what it was today. The UK and amsterdam sold the fuel for our fires basically. If you hate uk seed vendors so much why waste so much time posting here?

domestic shipments don't get looked at like international...much safer,but I do support this site and want to keep it going.Everybody that can should cough up $20 once in a while .Maybe the staff could look at working with a domestic vender and just take a cut

Except Marc Emery was in fact a foreign vendor, arrested by Canadian police under request from the DEA. It also seems worth noting that when talking specifically about seedbay/seedbou you're talking about the only seedbank whose proprietor and exclusive vendors have already been raided, arrested, are currently incarcerated, and are documented snitches (in Rezdog's case)...frankly, this seems like the absolute last place anybody with heightened concerns about the DEA would recommend.

Without those folks from the USA, those sales wouldn't have been as great. How many banks could/would stay open without biz from the USA?

I've always wondered what % of the seed sales of Seedbay, or any seedbank, is made up of purchases from the USA.

Something tells me, any seedbank, would really miss the business provided by the customers from the USA.

Wasn't most of the risk with the buyer?

Once the seeds leave the sender's hand, the responsibility lies with the buyer, right? It's up to me to know my local,state,federal laws.

I think it even says so in most of the disclaimers from all the banks I've purchased from.
