i've read many thank you's. don't u find it odd this has gotten out of hand after the fuzzy guy left. i wonder how many folks just shrug it off as a loss n go else where without making a thread or post. heck, some breeders refuse to send in stock because of the issues.

You have a very valid point, meadowman. However, Asia and op are at the helm now. I personally liked to have email queries answered which fuzzy did promptly, or not having to pm half dozen times to get stock relisted. After 3rd quarter, I decided it wasn't worth their time or ours to have packets relisted. Never had that experience until change in personnel, so found a different venue.

Yes, true, there are many a satisfied customer for which I am grateful, but flip side, better customer service of both entities might want to be explored, to run smoothly....and give those not familiar with ordering a peace of mind that their order matters when mailing internationally. I venture to say there are others finding different auction sites that do put the "please" in customer service.

Bay/Boo cannot be held responsible to Royal Mail's haphazard issues- theft and 'lost mail'. It happens.

I do think things are running smoother with the WU process, from what I've read. KUDOS.

too bad the credit card option is not available anymore at seedboutique, too many thieves in the mail these days...
Yep, those were the days....seed hunt in Amsterdam (or elsewhere in Nederland).

FWIW, My last order from the Boo and last order from the Bay came through quickly with zero issues.

I wouldn't order around the holidays.

On the contrary, I think the holidays is the best time to order, because there's so much volume of packages, there's less chance of yours being inspected.

honestly I find it very, very hard to even consider anything remotely close to a complaint about seeds from Gypsy Nirvana.

I have never ordered from either bay or boo. Have ordered from herbies. I won't just send cash or blank money order. There is no way to make sure that the money gets in the right hands. With great American seedbanks that don't have to risk customs. I get orders in 3 days. I would rather keep my money in America anyways.

I have to many reasons to stick with American seedbanks to go overseas. Risk of customs, lack of recourse, time to receive package, I also want my money to stay in America. why send money to the UK? I see no reason. Also the best breeders are right here in the U.S.A. The Americans who have fought for Legalization and Medical, deserve our business. The people of the UK have sat by, instead of fighting for what's right. Sorry if I offended anyone. I have no problem with the folks of the UK just distrust the government of the UK. I don't particularly trust the US government either, although we are still a somewhat free country.

Well American seed companies are a new thing. Europe has been getting seeds to us for decades, before anyone was legal. Show some respect. Also I am guessing you live in a legal state, so that's easy for you to say. For those who do not, it is not a good idea to use american banks.

I have no problem supporting the companies that are owned by this site. It does not cost us anything for this wealth of info at our fingertips, least we can do is support them.

I have had my money swiped by the UK post the last three times. Yes I'm fucking beside myself. I will explore different payment options from here on out. But I will continue to support the mother ship, and if I have a problem, take it up in private.

And to say we are the ones who fight for legalization is bullshit, we are the ones who pushed to make it illegal worldwide. Glad we are righting that wrong now, but we have been pricks about it since Harry Asslicker.

Best
