Seed Boutique Pain.
Well, after 2-months of ignored beg e-mails, I finally got the attention of someone at Seed Boutique.
They insisted that my payment never arrived, but decided to send the order regardless. Well, I though that was the end of it, but what I received was not the overpriced genetics that I had paid for, but yet another 10 completely unviable seeds. They are 100% dead, and not one came to sprout. I had this happen once before with Seed Boutique, whilst it had been under it's original management. The dude at that time was 100% cool, and mailed me a replacement batch of seeds right away (thanks bud). Things have changed at Seed Boutique, or so it seems, and a further 2-weeks of contact attempts have not raised a single reply. It's basically "We've got your money, so FUCK OFF". Merry Christmas Seed Boutique, from a (far too) loyal repeat customer. It's anthracite for you this year. T. |

It's not a cash issue, it's good customer support- replying to an inquiry email isn't difficult. Read many a concern and complaint about the lack of communication.

What's happening round these parts???
![]() Been a long time customer, I stopped buying here when the cc option disappeared. Except when I needed Mental Floss from Chimera. Things are changing here in the states. Reports like this and others I've been reading recently don't bode well. Seedbanks are popping up everywhere here now, some with GREAT reviews. Me and like minded Americans are waaaay more tempted to keep things domestic these days. |

I think American's buying domestically is insane unless you are in a legal or fully medically compliant. It's too easy for the DEA to shut down and subpoena domestic vendors for information. It's getting close, but it's not the time for that.
I honestly dont think these America seedbanks will last long, it's one thing to sell within a medical/legal state, it's another thing to ship to states that are non medical or non legal. |

Tessie you are accusing us of ripping you off

I'm about to send in an order today or tomorrow and threads like this are super discouraging. It would be a bit easier to brush off if this wasn't an apparent trend. I've read multiple reports/reviews with similar experiences in the past 3 months. I've read of someone sending western union and never receiving any confirmation of funds received.
I have to agree with Arid here, the customer service is what matters. I messaged asking simple questions and it took over a week for a reply. That's definitely disheartening and even a little scary. If it takes a week for me to get some questions answered how am I supposed to feel comfortable transferring via western union. It's an uncomfortable feeling imagining my funds just idling somewhere and not knowing whether I sent them to the right name/locale etc.

i miss the time when we were able to walk to the physical shop in Amsterdam and buy some various breeder seeds. i remember 15 years ago going to Amsterdam by bus, bringing back in the suitcase various seeds, herbs and hash and more, nevils haze, hawaiian haze, kali mist, heaven's delight, super silver haze, SAGE, super polm, afghan hash, manali, some philosopher stone and some cannabis non psychoactive lolipops, it was good time.
too bad the credit card option is not available anymore at seedboutique, too many thieves in the mail these days... |
