The room that have prime access to cold-ish air runs in the day time and the room further back runs at night. Temps stable in both room.

well id say don't open your tent if you don't have to. I know its hard to resist opening it up and taking in a sweet eyefull your awesome little plants, but you are unnecessarily disturbing the micro climate/creating an opportunity for unwanted hitchhikers to gain a new chill spot. just let them keep chuggin' away and do their thing.

also, trim with shoes on. nothing worse than walking around with socks covered in trichs and leaf. also makes washing your floor interesting when theres random sticky spots all over your laminate floor what the dust wont come off. you will save a lot on socks too..that or just have a pair of trim socks. haha. live and learn. its not a bad idea to put a mat underneath your trimming area for easy clean up afterwards too. nothing like a hard night of trimming and then having to clean the mess up for another hour after..keep a shot of vodka for your scissors and a shot of bourbon for yourself.

hang entire plant (or branch by branch) and trim over a 25 gallon tub. I use a 18" fishing leader with swivels so I can sit, trim and rotate the plant for access to entire 360* of the plant without getting up. use short glass filled with alcohol (91%) and 3 scissors, one for trimming, the other 2 soak in the alcohol, rotate as they goo up.

EDIT: the swivel is attached to a 4foot section of 3/4" x 3/4" trim, hung between bi-fold closet doors

water soluble calcium

https://growingorganic.com/how-to-ma...lcium-at-home/

Ive not tried it, bet it smells.

Alternatively you could use a calcium reactor ,argonite and C02
Ive noticed far higher potency of same phenos when carbonic acid formed in hydro rezevoirs
Normaly in water areas with high bicarbonates
I tried disolving chalk with nitric acid in the rez.
forming carbonic acid and releasing Co2 i believe some calcium nitrate increase in solution.A

I finished reading this whole thread , great info .. sub'd
I would like to pay it forward .. ICmag has so much to offer , and I've only just began.

I have one trick (well its more) but I think everyone running a res , for soil or hydro
can use something like this.
A sight glass for your res.

I'll try to show some pics of what I have , all have the sight glass on them .. and many not pictured too , like the vacuum tank attachment for my shop vac .. for run offs.

Here for your viewing , my drip system
(I'll do a new thread on it later after its next upgrade)

Look on the side of each bucket (marked in gallons)

Looks great, DiverDave. More explanation, details and photos would be great. One quick question- is this anall-passive system, or is there a pump in there somewhere I'm not seeing?
