Spice of Life Seeds, how old are they? If I had looked before I bought, I would have seen no SOL forum anywhere which would have been a sign. 10 Donk seeds, not one came up! I always wondered if there were any new SOL seeds being produced, as I thought that all stopped with Breeder Steve giving it up, but still see the seeds offered here and there.

I have started seeds 10 years old (from when I got them) with no problems several times and the other seeds in that tray did just fine with germination.

Unfortunately I would almost be positive that's pretty old stock

yeah I got mine here and fear you are right. Sorry not sure what ig is, if it is instagram I don't know how that works, nor do I know how to use twitter. I am a techo dinosaur I admit!

Those SOL seeds shouldn't even be for sale if they're that old...

I lost my Blue Sat 2.2 so can't even attempt to germ test.

Blue Sat 2.2 has been given away as freebies since well before I joined the site.
That was my indicator.

Hope you get something worked out.

properly stored seed should remain viable for a long time..just sprouted some 10 year old seeds with excellent germ ratios...yeehaw..I wasn't impressed with bs 2.2..it was bs alright lol

I got two BS 2.2 to germ and one seed to grow,out of five seeds.This was in 2013.

thanks for the info. I watched part of it but didn't know about the 41 min thing and thought it was nonsense, so I will have to do as you said and check it out again.
