problem with credit
Hello
So here is the situation. 2 years ago i purchased on SeedBoutique, the worker in the bank typed something wrong and the payment was delayed cause i was late with the seeds as always i paid the money again and this time the money came in a couple of days. I got the seeds+freebies all okay. 1 month after that the first payment arrived and it was not bounced back. So they tell me on email that i have xxx$ amount on credit for my next order. I responded that i would like to use it later. So a couple of month's ago i send an email to the same guy i was talking on email how to access the founds or credit. Problem starts here, there was no answer... On 16 of November i made a new order. In description i put an copy of an email that states that i still have credit or founds that they owed me still. Ian Seed Boutique Support was the name of SB email support. Since i cant reach him on email, I sincerely hope that someone helps me. |

if u ordered on Nov.16. I would just wait and see what happens

The take away is to use credits immediately. Don't wait for later. People forget and documentation gets lost.

agreed but thing was i got 10 packs of seeds so... i didnt need more..

Wow the seed boutique sure is on top to things that's nice to see. I've seen a couple complaint threads and I can see they are totally unfounded. I'm here at ic because I enjoy using forums but will order from the boutique sometime soon. I'm always looking out for good priced seed vendors with good follow through. The selection is good and I know so many here use them exclusively
