Wow I just heard from my buddy who has a 5k grow going on in a small condo that he went on a ski trip for three days (during harvest time) he was lazzy decided to cut them down when he got back. Some one got onto his roof, Smashed his Sliding glass window and stole 4 pounds of really really good stuff... I feel so bad for him but He always bragged about his grow he showed it to a lot of people (I never wen't over there becasue he talked to much) But jesus! No one deserve that.. I remember how mad I was when someone broke into my car.. jesus 4 pounds *sigh* Also a reminder to people Sliding glass doors :P are fragile.. so if you grow think of reinforcing your grow room door (and walls if you have a serious investment) I mean 2months of growing for nothing/1 month of veg :(

He got lucky. He could have went to jail.

I would much rather be robbed then have an encounter with "Bubba" I'm too fragile for jail. hahaha.

Sorry to say it, but your friend is an idiot and had it coming. What happened to him was a hard and sad but effective way to learn to keep your mouth shut.

This guy must be young, only younger growers have no sense like that. Most older growers have the decipline to:

1. Keep their mouths shut about the grow
2. plan trips AROUND the grows
3. know who's ass to kick if something like what happen to your friend happens cause only 1-2 peeps know whats going on.

What moron won't stick around until harvest time?

If I knew I had 4 POUNDS of harvest-able weed in my house, there's no way I'd leave town until it was chopped, trimmed, and cured.

And at that point, I'd have no reason to leave the house...

Besides, with him showing everyone his grow, his house would get broken into, regardless of whether of the timing in relation to harvest-time; the burglars knew drugs were going to be in the house at all times, anyway...
