I've lost money ordering from the boo/bay before, also been ignored and then confused when trying to set-up other payment, and seen plenty of these threads created then disappear without much concern or any change to process over several years. The site is absolutely great as a resource, hosts an invaluable community, and I certainly appreciate the existence of the bay/bou, but they're pretty much the last seedbank I would trust my money with.

Let's not pretend that money/orders haven't been disappearing from this site at a relatively high rate for years now. Enough so that there used to be direct references to a supposed thief within the postal system who was targeting the address, but nothing much was done to change the payment process, and these days you just get shrugs and/or threads deleted. Whether you want to believe the theft is occurring within or without of the bay/boo itself, neither does much to excuse the consistently slow/spotty service or apparent total lack of concern/effort to protect customer's money in the numerous years these issues have continued. That said 90%+ of transactions probably go just fine without problems of support or payment, but get caught on the bad side a couple times and you're that less likely to keep throwing money away at good intentions. Your mileage may vary.

I disagree. I would say that ignoring query emails and account messages for near 2-weeks is rather telling, but then my agenda is different to yours. Defend the iniquitous as you may choose, but it's your reputation that will go down along with theirs
