Hi,

I've been a happy repeat customer of Seed Boutique for a few years, but this year I've struck trouble.

No problems ordering stuff, and the automated confirmation came as expected. When the email that I usually get, the one confirming payment arrival, became seriously overdue, I found that queries as to it's tardiness went unanswered - Zip!

Okay, at this point I'm clueless as to what the real story is, and was wondering if anyone might be able to shed some light. I don't want to go spouting-off about being ripped, if that simply isn't the best explanation.

Perhaps you will get a message by Monday... it is the weekend now... sometimes it takes a day or two. Hope you get an answer soon! Leave me a visitor message if not...

Not to sound critical but your the editor chief could you of least said you would contact OP.
He was polite and tried the pm route
Seems like bad business to me.
Was thinking it's not my business but ya could of pm"Ed him also and deleted this.
I might think twice about a purchase

The Chief is busy dude he is busy with the mag.

He's not a part of the boo, so not really bad bus ess believe it or not this joint is separated from the boo, though owned by the same cat. Anyway do t assume things about the site or the chief, cause you would be surprised what you didn't know. I just happened ed to ask the questions is how I know.

Lol I'm sure it's a glitch not need to think twice about purchase. I've never bought there but will sometime as their rep is very good... had friends who's packs never made it, they resent plus some

AFAIK Asia (who runs the Boo) gave birth a few months ago and warned everyone she would not be available on a regular basis. OP is filling in as he is able to. Of course, a two week wait is unusual, but it does happen. You should be contacting OldPink directly, indicating method of payment, which you haven't revealed yet.

Okay, the situation is clear:

If you send cash via mail to Seed Boutique, then whoever is 'running' it nowadays, will rob you and then completely ignore you.

Think I'm being unfair? I don't.
