Ganesha Seeds - India Collection - Soon on Seedbay!
Soon to be listed on Seedbay, Private Breeders - Ganesha Seeds
Bring the flavors and aromas of India into your life! These strains were collected on a recent trip across the Indian subcontinent and they are offered for the enjoyment of connoisseurs and enthusiasts. Breeders will appreciate the stellar sativa genes contained within these seeds - they are a good source of genetic material for breeding. On the other hand, they are a great smoke as well and those wishing to try some Indian origin cannabis may just want to throw them in and reap some real good sativa.... Please post here or PM me if you have any questions about any of the strains on offer, I will assist as best as I can! Enjoy! NIBS - Bastori - Collected from a particular sample of high quality ganja obtained from a place called Bastori, north west of Kullu. This herb was aromatic, with a spicy aroma with hints of pepper. Flower times are expected to be typical sativa - that is 70 days minimum. Limited supply - 5 packs only, 10 seeds per pack. SIKG - Kerala Gold - this is obtained from the actual Kerala Gold itself, which is a pure sativa. The smoke is almost narcotic, with a trippy paranoid high. 100% sativa, so expect long flower times with this one. Limited supply - 5 packs only, 10 seeds per pack. NIDHLR - Dalhousie Landrace - This is pure landrace. Flowering plants growing in thick stands on the sides of hills we hiked through. Dalhousie is a place in northern India, in Himachal Pradesh. It is known for its hash mainly, however there is good weed growing there too. The plants we collected seed from, we also hand rubbed hash from. These plants had piney, cinnamon type aromas in the flowers. The leaf shapes of these indicate some hybridization and they won't be pure sativa. Expected to have flower times of 70 days+. Limited supply - 5 packs only, 10 seeds per pack. NIMG - Macleod Ganj is place high in the mountains. There are a lot of holy men around and plenty of hash being smoked. That being said, there is also some fine herb if you know where to look. The herb we bought here was a little different to other north Indian regions, mainly in the effect that this was an extremely peaceful and cerebral stone as opposed to a rushing paranoid palpitating high that some of the other strains in the region had. In fact, we thought at the time, that it makes sense given where we are and all the peaceful people around, because, Macleod Ganj is just outside Dharmsala. It all made perfect sense as we smoked this herb.Expect sativas and 10 week plus flower times. Limited supply - 5 packs,10 seeds per pack. SISF - Sholayar Forest Landrace - well these were actually a surprise, we were riding motorbikes outside of Kochi and we thought we would rough it in the Sholayar Forest to catch some sights the locals told us about. Next thing we know we are seeing patches of sativas in flower. The weather was too hot and humid to hand rub these and these were never sampled as we just didn't have the time to dry it and smoke it. That being said, it smelt so sweet, sort of like a grape flavoured bubblegum. Thin serrated leaves and the plants were around 8ft tall so expect sativas with long flower times. Limites supply - 5 packs only, 10 seeds per pack. WIBP - BabuSahebs Pride - on our travels we met, or rather, were priviledged to meet, a guy called BabuSaheb. He was a old fellow, he didn't know his official age but he guessed he was in his 80's. He gave us some really good quality sinsemilla which we just fell in love with as it was psycho. After pestering him for a number of days about seeds, because unlike a lot of Indian ganja, his didn't have any seeds - we came to know that he had been selectively breeding and cultivating for over four decades. Yep, this dude was pure vintage. The effect of his weed was a lot like the old school thai buddha. Expect sativas with long flower times. 10 packs only, 10 seeds per pack. CIKH - Khandwa - that's a place in central India where a lot of states have legal ganja fields. This is locally grown weed from the region, it's a mainly sativa hybrid of moderate to high strength. Felt it was more couchlock style thanother sativas in India so that may indicate the degree of hybridisation. Expect that flower times will be 70 days plus. Limited supply - 5 packs only, 10 seeds per pack. EISH - Shillong is a city in far eastern India and the weed grows prolifically in that region. This weed we took these seeds from is of medium-high strength. The aroma was a citrus like one with some sour flavours in there. It's gotta be a pure sativa as you don't see any broad leaf plants in the area. Would expect 70 days+ flower times. Limited supply - 5 packs only, 10 seeds per pack. EIAP - Assam Purple - like the name suggests, this weed is from Assam and its purple. It's also of a very high potency, and reeks of berry aromas. It's a 100% sativa strain from what we can tell and we would expect a flower time of 70 days+. Limited supply - 5 packs only, 10 seeds per pack. WIGA - Goa A grade. Goa is a tourist hub and as such there is a lot of low grade crap going around. However, with a bit of perseverance, you can find what you need. We found it. It was A-grade, golden in colour and it smoked beautifully. It had a very creepy effect though, so one had to be careful. Expect a sativa with a flower time minimum of 70 days. Limited supply - 6 packs only, 10 seeds per pack. |

Not pure. There are a couple of varieties that showed some hybrid traits in appearance and effects, however, most cannabis in India is cannabis sativa.
North west India does have cannabis indica as well as hybrids, but this collection is predominantly focused on sativas. |

are they second gen seeds? If not how do you know they will do good indoors, or in another continent? I suggest picking a good male from the first gen and breeding out. by 3rd gen you should have some very good genetics to isolate.

Nevermind, i can see that they are. Can you tell us more about the highs that you experienced? Specifically, i'm interested mostly in the BabuSahebs Pride but i'm afraid of paranoia or overpowering herb as i tend to get bad headaches and/or chestpain (possibly from anxiety). Can you tell me about your experiences with this herb in more detail? I'm not familiar with thai buddha or thai's in general.
