NO CANNABIS BUREAUCRACY!

On a positive note, Bernie Sanders is 4 years off the struggle. He proposes to apply a band-aid to a deeply lacerated wound. It will still leak blood everywhere, but it is a start in closing the injury. Trump wouldn’t do anything! Dr. Ben Carson would amputate it. America can’t afford to lose a leg or suffer from blood loss. The real answer to the problem is fixing congress, federalizing cannabis as a commodity, and letting people have it like prior to 1936 – instilling the same federal rights that any business selling it would have.

Around and prior to 1937, when people were burning 'muggles' we never heard of hysteria about children, we never heard of people being subjectively offended by cannabis smoke. We saw hasheesh candy sold openly by businesses, without requirements for license, import, or export other than those required by open government.

If we had federalization, SEC could have protected San Jose, CA’s medical marijuana market from the city. If we had federalization, the state of CA could be sued punitive damages for behaviors like creating AB266, SB643, etc. In my opinion that should be how things are handled, but the lawmakers set the change.

A letter for congress or presidential candidates – reach out and let them know that WE DON’T WANT A CANNABIS BUREAUCRACY IN THE US! Down with the dysfunctional state law system for cannabis. California AB266 is a product of corruption and police unions. FEDERALIZE IT! Everyone let Bernie Sanders (or your ideal presidential candidate/congress) know how to federalize cannabis the RIGHT way, for the PEOPLE not the bureaucracy!
So far Bernie, Trump, and Hillary are for the BUREAUCRACY, not the PEOPLE!

We the people should not tolerate a cannabis bureaucracy in the United States!
Everybody should go here and send a letter to Senator Sanders. If you’re not “Feeling the Bern” adjust this accordingly and send it to your ideal GOP candidate. Send it to all of them! I've contacted Hillary Clinton and requested that she comment. This can also be sent to congress, because what they have out is just dangling a carrot in front of a donkey. Here’s what I sent below, you could copy and paste this or come up with something that is asking for exactly the same in your own words. Make sure you leave the last phrase “Also, all medical marijuana should be handled as it is done under Proposition 215 in California ([we’re|they’re] suing to remove the AB266 scam), but not limited in any way as it is by politicians in municipal, county, or state governments. Federal law must be used to protect the industry from bureaucracies. Please also prohibit Monsanto (or any other GMO facility) from damaging the cannabis species.”

We’re not opposed to bureaucracies, but this one doesn’t work.

It is important to prevent the government corruption and problems which have caused AB266 in the first place, and those which are also limiting access within our 50 states. Since federal law would trump state bureaucracies, this plan would give the cannabis industry grounds for federal lawsuits against them. People can sue the state, county, and municipal governments in federal court for medical or recreational cannabis policies that go against this newly implemented federalization, and they can be compensated damages. Federal injunctions can be used to have their rights respected.

Letter to Bernie Sanders

Dear Mr. Sanders,
Why must we as citizens continue to tolerate NIDA’s propaganda, fear mongering, and artificial ‘science’ from painkiller industry paid acadamia quacks who are all part of a broader scheme that is perpetuating an anti-freedom prohibition machine? We’re tired of the same “save the kids” sensationalism and other hysterical lies from the NIDA, SAM, and Smart Colorado racket organizations. Our tax dollars should not be put to work and wasted on useless nonsense and corrupt racketeers acting upon contributions from a minority of private interests. Ask any of your supporters and I’m sure over 56% of them agree.
NORML put out a big bummer notice about the GOP just now, and here is what I have to say: I’d rather the US Federal Government regulate everything about cannabis and the whole industry behind it. The states have backwards implementations of cannabis policy that are ineffective and dysfunctional. We need solid federalism with interstate commerce, removal from CSA, trademarks, Department of Agriculture grants, SBA, banking, fair tax and repeal of IRS 280E, customs imports for exotic weed, OSHA reform, fair regulation, and fair opportunity.
As far as I know, the SEC has reportedly been in on this already but that’s not enough. The issue of weed is one that needs to be completely federalized, not overtaxed, and not over regulated. Also, all medical marijuana should be handled as it is done under Proposition 215 in California (we’re suing to remove the AB266 scam), but not limited in any way as it is by politicians in municipal, county, or state governments. Federal law will protect the industry from bureaucracies. Please also prohibit Monsanto (or any other GMO facility) from damaging the cannabis species.
Thanks,
