Why is RC still holding OG domain?
Why cant he transfer the rights to someone else? Then he or she could re open the site for everyone to use, its not selling any seeds, its just information channel, i dont understand why its not back yet? Why do we have to wait for RCs trial and other stuff?

My guess is that he wants to clear up all the air w/ the law before restarting any of his services! It's prolly a good idea to restart something after the galatta which shut it down in the first place has been cleared. It's prolly safer that way for the public too.
And besides...transfer the rights to someone else? Why would he do that? Why would anybody do that??? I mean, we're all rational human beings here man. Now, if you started building a shipyard and the work stalled because the cops found some drugs on your construction site and stopped all works after taking you in for questioning, would you transfer all the rights to the project to someone else?? ALso, wouldn't doing so also put your project into further redundant LEO scrutiny in the long run? What's the hurry man? Let's be a bit patient plz. Oh yea and don't forget to

It's been said over and over. no one knows. When OP does learn anything, he updates it in the RC sticky thread. Justice moves very sloooowly.

You should listen to KharmaGirl. The OP's posts have been as rational and sensible as anyone could hope. I greatly appreciate the fact that OP is posting only facts and not theories and rumors, although they may fulfill certain peoples' apetites in the short run.
B2B cases move slower than a bloody snail worldwide. I'm not a n00b to B2B laws in the US- I've dealt w/ them first hand. As far as these types of legal processing on B2B cases go, the US and Canada aren't that different. Neither is US and India for that matter. Or India and Egypt, for that matter. You get the idea. But the good news is, the advantage is always on the defense unless the one getting prosecuted did some outrageous publicity stunts which would more or less seal your fate. I don't see RC having done this. The extra time on hindsight is also a big boon for the defense team. This time gives 'em the ability to hone their case and strenghten it even further. And don't forget- the weight + the force of the prosecution always dies with time (unless its a well publicised case covered by all aspects of the mainstream media such as the Union Carbide scandal, the Bofors scandal etc). You should go down to the University of San Diego law school and talk to a few peeps there. They produce some of the best biz lawyers as far as I've seen. Ask 'em how these cases work. They'll explain to u better than I ever can. Quote:

Don't expect to see another OG unless RC figures out a new way to make major mullah other than with seed sales and donations. Do you really think he was doing all this so you could grow better?

Then all shows that be that entertain us? And the dreadful but sometimes weird commercials? And to almost everything we believe in? It's a commercial world, no way out of it, unless your lucky to suffer the fate that fortunately we all suffer from, sooner or later. That's death my friend, "Death". But in all real honesty, sometimes it's nice just to make believe.
