100% germination gotta love herbies

I planted 10 west coast ogs 5 candy kush and 1 g14. All 16 sprouted in 3 days. I ordered from herbies, all strains are from fastbuds. I have never ordered seeds before, so I am pumped. I guess it may be time to start a grow journal.

I've ordered from them twice and didn't have an issue, but 3rd time was a miss. I put my seeds in a beaker with tap water and an air stone to force oxygen into the water and put it on a heat mat. Always worked flawless for me.. I ordered 2 60 day lemon and they wouldn't sprout. They just enlarged the shells fell off in the water and a little white sprout grew a little then they just seemed to stop growing. This won't stop me ordering again, gotta expect shit to happen sometimes. Do they got a policy to send you new ones or what?

I am not sure. I only ordered from them once. Now I order from a place in Washington state super quick delivery like 3 days and it was during the holiday rush. I was less than impressed with 1strain, the other two seem to be much better. Still drying so we will see.

Herbies is the company that sells beans for the breeders. So in your case...fastbuds would be the breeder. They are the ones responsible for the germination rates...good or bad. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying anything bad about herbies as I've had nothing but pleasant experiences with them. They answer all emails in a quick time frame and will go out of their way to do the best they can to help you if something is wrong.

Actually its DNA genetics not fastbud. Says in the herbies Terms of service they don't guarantee germination and that they are souvenirs only. I guess its the bad part of being a grey market.

I don't really see how anybody can guarantee germination

Yeah John you are right, the breeder is responsible for the quality of the product. I liked the g14, the west coast og doesn't have any resemblance to an og. came out lose and airy frosty and a Sativa high. out of 10 2 had somewhat dense buds. 4 went straight to the wax pile. I am waiting for the candy kush to finish drying, it looks bomb huge nugs, nice lemon lime smell, with some sweetness to it. I am ready to taste test soon. probably 2or3 days

All them seeds from the internet are scanned to make sure they will grow the breeders do that they pass because they have been scanned for quality and to assure a high germination rate. Sometimes the seeds just need longer to sprout. I got some seeds from my yard and they almost take a full week and a half to germinate. It maybe that it is too cold yet where you live. The sun came out about 2 days strait where I'm at and the seed did do it's magic because it was not that cold. I also change the water used to sprout them seeds every two days at the least and add some Hydrogen Peroxide. Good Luck folks on achieving that great miracle of life and it's circle..
