Watered down genetics, advise needed

I've been happily growing from some mothers I've had for 6-7 years, they were all keepers from seeds a long time ago that I selected. I had Satori from Mandala. Black widow from Mr nice, Ak47 from serious and a boggle gum from Bog.

I have been trying to find keepers recently from some so say amazing crosses and not finding anything outstanding. Admittedly I've been looking at the cheaper end of the scale, at crosses with elite clones as part of the genetics I.e OG Kush, trainwreck, headband etc. this last year I haven't found anything worth keeping, the results were just ok.

I would like some advise on Sin city, Karma, Bodhi and Holy smokes. I would like to explore some crosses containing elite clone genetics in the hope of finding some more decent mothers that are different to what I once had. I've got a pack of Satori in the hope of finding the lemon pheno I once had or something as good but would like some other variation from different varieties.

Research research research. Almost every strain has info on it out there. Personally, out of your list, I would start with Karma. Biker kush is a pretty awesome breeding tool that creates winners consistently. All depends on what you are looking for though.

Thanks, from my research I came up with those breeders. Thanks for the tip on Karmas biker Kush. I would like variation for medical and recreational use. I have general anxiety disorder which I treat with sativa varieties that can settle my emotions and help with anger, up and feel good highs are good for that. For insomnia I was thinking of a good OG cross. Recreationally I like trippy and social type highs with a good smile. So I like to have a mixture of highs and stones. As I grow I only want the most potent examples of these. I realise I have to pay more for good breeding and have only just started to research varieties where I'm likely to find a keeper from a pack of regs or fem as I haven't been getting them from all the latest breeders out there like I used to, I stopped buying seeds years ago, until the last 18 months.

Look into Ace for sativas.

My plan is to run through as much of Bodhi's work as I can.

Check out Connoisseur Genetics and OG Raskal. Both use many elites and both produce some top notch hybrids, I have found several keepers from those guys.

loompa , bodhi , swamp boys ....... you will find gold. bodhi is great overall. but i reckon if you search real hard you will find something with great yield and have a pheno no one else has . lots of different great pheno,s in his imo

raskals gear is great but its generic great. you won't find many keepers its all pretty high end gear, don't get me wrong! but very uniform in most strains not all. which is good thing if you want all your plants too be high end. but finding the gem is bit harder imo . best i did was few crosses threw some unique pheno,s which could easily be keepers. don't grill me for this guys , i know his work prob better than most. and love it too. just being straight up as i see it .

the 2 strains of swamp boys i,ve done show a very clear indicator of supreme breeding skills . yes there new on the block but as growers/breeders they certainly not. can def see that. i,ve made sure i will have there gear for a while to come.

you could also try karma genetics , i can't personally vouch at this stage , however that will change i,m keen to have a look and have heard and seen good things

bog has huge following too as stoned -trout said, he doesn't mix words, i have 2 packs of his gear but haven't had the chance its on the list though!!

loompa is if your really looking for those old school lines. never let you down large nugs remind you of the 80,s . good solid gear all round ,no disappointment

Karma consistently gets great reviews , Biker and other og's and also Headbanger's are great, I cannot recall any bad or ordinary lines from him.

Bohdi I have not run, but the reviews point to unique conniseur delights.
