It would only be an issue in the June harvest and it's very manageable. You are good as long as you don't let them get rained on late, good ventilation and a clean house and there would be few problems. The air is dry October-February. They love the humidity except their last month. And for the money that place in Cali. cost you could have 3-400 acres.

yea i have actually seen some decent outdoor grown there. i guess the place im thinking of was right next to the ocean to. i haven't checked prices yet in that state. im trying to look more by legality and climate then by price. will skim the real estate there when i get a chance. that light dep looks nice.

Was there today. looked at 3 places, none of them really had what i was looking for. They let you separate recreational and medical thats kinda funny, its confusing that they don't give you the same number for both though.

got an outdoor spot in cencal. is there a special way im suppose to package 60-90lbs to keep it legal ? only planing on doing 6 outdoor plants and being respectful. kinda seems safer to run all bubba and just do 30lbs but price wise i know i will be better off running something stretchy with thin leaves.

im either in zone 7,8 or 9. changes depending on what map/chart i look at. micro climates are confusing. think i might have missed the good temps by like 10 or 20 miles...

az mtn show low az zone 8 not zone 10
you can grow 12 large in az
if you get the growers card
I lived there for over 25yrs
AZ has a great long outdoor season in Pinetop, Show Low, The Rim area
Flagstaff is short season outdoor due to snow.
outdoor grow season starts may 1st - Oct 25th to Nov 11th the end of grow season on the rim
indoor cost about $50/1000watt/month

Look at the counties in the Northwest who's real estate prices have tripled or quadrupled in the last four years...
