i just lost like 20k worth of bag soil to a crooked landlord in shasta county ca.

still cal just have to pick right area...I am thinking of moving somewhere illegal and where I can make 2x as much as here in cali and more too....yeehaw..I know florida well and could make a killing in just a few years there ...the drought ,new zoning ordinances,electric/gas prices,water shortage making cali not so worth it to some...and the new laws if passed with a ll the so called vague areas are gonna be a nightmare and make life hell for some..they just don't know it yet...yeeehaw

Bro if its 20k that's a decent down payment on a house. If you spent that money and he took what you bought and you can prove it... Sue his ass. I would sue my old boss for having me spray eagle20 without proper gear if I could...

If your housing requirements are minimal & you have help on hand:
Buy some land... Its fairly cheap if you can go w raw unimproved land in a mtn area that has year round access. Acerage typically gets cheaper as it increases. Get something temporary to live in if necessary & build yourself a place. Hope you get your situation figured out. Oh yeah... If you require legal... Colorado is the most solid for personal... Look up what countys allow what for county specific advice but no county can ban personal for any reason. If you don't care about legal status... The choice of state is yours. |
