Fighting Buddha and C+ Questions

Is the flowering times for Fighting Buddha really 55 days and C+ 60? Do these lines yield well considering the time? I know they have been around for a while now has anything changed?

I know these are simple questions. Search results are pulling up diff answers including C+ going for 70+ days… ?

Thanks

Ill bet those r from clone flowering times, and when the window opens for peak thc plus add in grower error adding a few days before ripeness... depends who you are imo.... how you like the outcome to be like... a rookie or master...

It's hard to know. Some people count flowering from time placed in 12/12. Some date flowering from appearance of flowers. In the here and now, I have two FBs that are at 54 days of 12/12. They are nowhere near done in looking at the overall buds. Still pushing out whitish/yellowish pistils big time - although there is some withering occurring, the buds don't look ripe - at least according to these eyes. The latest round of intense pistil formation seems to be making fox tails so I don't think much more solid bud will be created. A good many trichs are cloudy - some are still clear. Don't see any amber.

I have started to walk down the nutes slowly in anticipation of a final flush but I'm thinking another two weeks probably. If other FB veterans have thoughts about a sweet spot of harvest, I'd live to hear 'em. Seems to me I've taken early and somewhat later in past forays and it's been invariably excellent.

I think they're all from the same batch when they were released, properly stored though so they still germinate i'm sure.

We treat our ladies as if they were pregnant mothers, and allow them a full diet of nutrients so they can nurture the delicate embryos forming within. The seeds sit on the vine well past sprout-able maturity until they rattle in their pods, and only once the plant enters senescence are they harvested and allowed to dry slowly until the flowers reach about 10% moisture content where they are left for a couple of weeks most often.

The buds are then flash dried in a low humidity, low temperature room until the flowers are crisp and fall apart easily in a pollinator type device where we collect any remaining medicine. The flowers break apart with the gentle tumbling action and give up the majority of the seed, which is then collected and separated from the chaff with a sieve to remove the stems and then gentle winnowing process.

We then further air dry the seeds until they reach about 10% moisture content, and at this point the seed is placed in a conditioned environment @ 4 degree Celsius, where they wait a final cleaning and sorting. Seeds are only packaged before shipping to maintain the most consistent treatment amongst the family, and preserve the viability for as long as possible. With this treatment seeds can maintain an excellent germination for well over a decade, and still maintain a decent germination potential up to 20 years if the uniform environment can be maintained.

Our philosophy is to try and replicate the process that occurs in nature, but minimize any negative effects of an inconsistent environment that might happen due to seasonal fluctuations and changes in humidity and temperature.. We spare no expense to preserve your seeds with dutiful care and attention, because they are our greatest pleasure and we wish for them to bring you every bit of enjoyment that they bring to us.

I'll just add that fighting Buddha flowered for me outdoors @ 43 n in mid July. Some of the most vigorous and uniform ladies I've seen with my limited experience. Most strains don't show until mid to late august. I was impressed by growth but I never smoked pure Buddha got ripped on me. I plan on giving it another run
