ya it saves em time and money ..they just make ya pay..no need for court ,ect...they just increased their profit margin...better then nuthin just don't have it bagged separate bet they still bust ya then....yeehaw..fuck the police

I just read in the paper in Ocala Florida a young girl go to county jail for less than 20 grams.i would rather pay a small fine any day of the week than be in jail..Fuck the police
