bait and switch. I wouldn't trust big govt to do anything right or in the interest of the MMJ growers. Once they realize they can control cannabis in Cali and get all the tax money…. why would they share with anyone else?

I WA State they used the word "untenable" in regards to the MMJ people, and then passed legislation signed by the governor to pretty much do away with MMJ. State monopoly and tax money.

CCHI will override ab266 if we can get this on the ballot and passed... CCHI is looking for volunteers to help gather signatures beginning OCT 31st

Looks pretty darn good...

If passed, however, Californians need to continue the push for Constitutional protection for personal growers.
Until that happens, your subject to the will of politicians.

I hope Californians still have the ability to amend their Constitution.

CCHI is not a big government bill! It was written by Jack Herer before his death and is being proliferated by close friends of Jack.
