dutch passion is for beginners for sure, i fell into the trap and bought some ortega and it has worse than dr. greenthumbs endless sky and thats hard to beat out on the shittyness scale

im shocked someone would complain when they got replacements. as a buyer its your job to know if a strain is current. do your research hardcore when planning on buying a strain. buying a pack, you have to know you can sometimes have a bunk pack. if you get replacements bonus, like serious did for me recently. if nt oh well. if you get replacements be careful with them... id never expect replacements for those... id never complain after getting a replacement pack een f that didnt go. id chalk it up to bad luck or a lame strain and move on. have done so before.

OP bailed once he did some research. If you can't get 1 out of 40 to pop, back to the drawing board I would say. Dutch passion ain't the greatest, but they have put out some good strains.

Not fair to bash seed boutique though, the sent replacements, what else can they do??

Maybe read up on how to germinate seeds properly, it would be a better use of your time than bashing folks on the intrawebs.

Some strains, some seeds, some vendors are duds. Don't put reputable vendors in same lame category, lloyd.

Most seed breeders stand by their product. I know we do.

Replacements...if they didn't pop....well, just maybe it's the grower...not the seeds, strain, vendor.
