Washington State: SB6083 - 6 plants & 8oz!
When all hope was lost I have stumbled upon a clue that there may in fact be intelligent life forms in Olympia:
https://lawfilesext.leg.wa.gov/bienni...Bills/6083.pdf As I read it, SB6083 will allow anyone 21 or over to grow up to six plants at home, possess up to 8 oz and transfer up to one oz to another (over 21) adult. No "renumeration" is allowed. And no taxes to the Liquor Control Nazis! |

I just got off of the phone with Sen. Kohl-Wells office. The bill is still alive but she is unlikely to be in Olympia next session as she running for King County Council.
They told me that another sponsor is going to have to pick it up. They suggested that I contact Rep. Walsh and ask if they will take over. Rep. Maureen Walsh maureen.walsh@leg.wa.gov (509) 527-4151 |

Wow! Watch this video of Walsh:
https://tvw.org/index.php?option=com_...6734&stop=7035 I take a little satisfaction in her stand. I get tired of taking pot shots on the boards for being a Republican..... |

I think adults should be allowed at least a lbs, who doesn't like dry sift or bubs? It's a start regardless if republican or democrat as long as they are serving the publics interests.

Excerpt from an email I received from Rep. Walsh's office regarding SB 6083:
"Rep. Walsh is interested in moving the bill forward. " |

WAKE UP WASHINGTON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !
On January 11th HB2196 and SB6083 were "reintroduced by resolution". THEY ARE STILL ALIVE!! We still have a chance to get universal home grows. These bills would allow up to 6 plants (per household) for anyone over 21. No rec. No registry. No tax. Don't be a LAZY FUCK!! Take the monumental effort of making a 3 minute phone call or write an email to you legislators. Find your legislators: https://app.leg.wa.gov/districtfinder/ |
