Michigan.....legalization maybe 12 plants....
So tell me.....I know most states who have legal cannabis also allow personal growing......
At least one petition is saying 12 plants per household..... At this time which state is the most grower friendly state????? Certainly..... if you work your grow correctly....12 plants would be fun....

Not only do you need to look at state bylaws but now you need to look at local ordinances (county) as well and then you have to look at how it is actually being enforced...

Yes, twelve mature plants. Limits on home cultivation if patients reside within 25-miles of an operating dispensary.
Is it nevada???? other than their restrictions....

Screw whether your near a pot store or not, you should be able to grow your own.
Stupid idea, you can't grow cause you live near a store...WTF! Schools are a different story....Just don't buy a house near a school. A dispensary pops up everyday here, I aint gonna move just cause they put in a new 7-11. That's just silly shit there! Some local ordinances won't allow caregivers in certain cities, I am on the fence with that one. But personal grows, no smell, outa site....leave me the f**K alone!
