Congratulations Chile!
It's not straight up legalization but at least a step in the right direction! I have some family in Chile so this is an extra special victory for me personally!

Hopefully it passes the next hurdles as well. 'The new bill will go before a health commission and then the Senate for approval.'
Congrats Chile for seeing the light.

Yeah, sometimes it seems like an endless struggle against the powers that be but I think a lot of governments are waking up to the benefits and seeing the public acceptance as another way to make some cash.
