Effective july 24, 2015.
Butane extraction is prohibited unless the person is a processor licensed by the LCB. |

Washington state and the liquor control board are failures. This is another move to crush medical. Other states should use washington as an example of how not to do it.

The gov needs to have more informative resources to help educate people, instead of revising RCWs and throwing them in jail, classic Wa state catch 22.
