Add some blackstrap molasses to that and your kelp... let it brew 24 hours... under some bubbles... and you are good to go. (flower formula) I also add some PSG to that mix.

Yes

Use 1 TBS of molasses /gal of H2o
Use 1/2 TBS of liquid seaweed /gal od H2o

1 cup of either N or P guano /5 gallons of H2o sound fine.

the danger with using guanos as a part of your soil mix is that you can't be sure when the guano will be releasing the highest amount of N or P and at what time, guanos are high release which means they are quickly broken down by the microbes in the soil and create a spike in nutes as oposed to say bloodmeal which will be broken down slowly providing a lower but more constant amount of nutrient.

Guanos provide the sweetest herb IMHO and with the promix you can't go wrong.
If your using guanos I would def recommend using both worm castings and especially dolomite lime @ 1TBS per gallon of ProMix to buffer the soil ph and provide calcium and magnesium.

Guano Tea and Kelp:

Seedlings less than 1 month old nute tea mix-
5 tbs. Black Strap Molasses
1-cup earthworm castings/5 gallons of water every 3rd watering

Veg mix-
1/3 cup Peruvian Seabird Guano (PSG)
1/3 cup High N Bat Guano (Mexican)
1/3 cup Earth Worm Castings (EWC)
5 tsp. Maxicrop 1-0-4 powdered kelp extract
5 tbs. Liquid Karma
5 tbs. Black Strap Molasses
@ 1-cup mix/5 gallons of water every 3rd watering.

Flowering nute tea mix:
2/3 cup Peruvian Seabird Guano
2/3 cup Earth Worm Castings
2/3 cup High P Guano (Indonesian or Jamaican)
5 tbs. Maxicrop 1-0-4 powdered kelp extract
5 tbs. Black Strap Molasses
@ 2 cups/5 gallons of water EVERY watering.
You can use queen size knee high nylon stockings for tea bags. 3 pair for a dollar at the dollar store. Tell 'em you use them for paint strainers. Put the recommended tea in the stocking, tie a loop knot in it and hang it in your tea bucket. The tea should look like a mud puddle. Agitate the bag in the water vigorously. An aquarium pump and air stone will dissolve oxygen into the solution and keep the good bacteria (microherd) alive and thriving. Let it bubble a day or two before you use it. If you find you are making too much tea and having to throw it out, use 2 1/2 gallons of water and cut the nute amount by half.

I have Rainbow Mix both grow and bloom formula's dry mix from Earth juice. They call for it to be mixed into soil. I would like to use it as a tea for each watering. The bloom is 1-9-2 I believe. What sounds about right, two tablespoons per gallon pre-mixed for 48 hrs, per watering, skipping a feed now and then and just plain water?

Guano can be mixed in the soil but most use it for tea. I use both. I mix alittle in at the bottom of the pot and when the roots finally reach that point they get an extra boost of P. The teas are excellent too.

Cool a few more ?'s

what kind of shelf life does guano's have?

if i'm only growing 5 plants veg/less than that flowering, will the 2 lb bags last me a few grows you think?

burn1, what if i left out the seabird guano, the maxi crop (cause i have kelp i'm gonna add to mix), and the liquid karma. would i have any MAJOR deficiencies without these?

again, i do appreciate all the comments/advice...
