Tomorrow I'm hitting the road south with some friends, so I decided to visit the girls and put some water before the heat wave starts frying the ground.
Next time I'll spray one AF having issues with thrips I think, leaves look curly with white marks all over. Somehow she's a fighter and keeps growing, but a bit of pyrethrine will help for sure. Today I tied them a bit and to expose the branches to more sunlight, and promote more bushy growth, last year it helped a lot with Malawi and AngolaThai, I hope I'm not too late for this since they're in first week of flowering. Anyway, they will have to adapt, no other way. Ex Claw AF, tied AF with pest issue AF3 Semi-autos - also tied a bit AF girls So far so good, apart from the pests, they love the environment and grow just as fast as I was hoping. Semi autos are starting to emit a bit of smell already so I expect them to show preflowers in two-three weeks max. Best vibes

Got a chance to find some time and go check the progress, to be honest there's much good and a bit of sad news to this update.
The sad part has a personal note, the semi-autos seem to be mostly "indica", with very broad leaf and grow pattern, I hope they won't have the stoney effect but I fear it will happen and is unavoidable. Time will tell. Now to the good part. The autoflowers are loving the bending, early flowers are growing steadily and the resin is already easily visible, like soft white dust. There's practically no smell at all, which is very favorable. I think a funny thing happened with the infested plant, the top got colonized by some mites so it slowed its growth, meanwhile the branches took off and stretched a bit so this plants is now the most branchy. I hope she recovers well, I sprayed her good with pyrethrin so we'll see. Next time I'll feed them, seems a bit of discoloration is happening at the bottom. Autoflower Ex Claw Autoflower 2 Semi-Autoflowers The semi-autoflowers are starting to pump up some mass, the leaves got pretty fat and branches are taking off also. I see two main phenos with different growth/structure and smells. The fat ones(hopefully not males!) are smelling of fresh beer, only even better. The smaller ones, when stem is rubbed, smell more spicy and sharp(also hopefully not males). I really hope the "beer" phenos won't get too stinky. "Beer" pheno in front "Beer" left For precaution all plants got sprayed against bugs, I also late-planted three different F1 hybrids, one fem and 2 regs just to see what happens. But that's another story ![]() Cheers

Hi
I also hope not, seems to me my spot is well secured from strong winds, so I'm not really worried. More about all others outdoor guys around here, hope you tied your plants well, when storms hit, they usually hit hard. I'm on vacation now so plant checking will have to wait until weekend some time, so expect an update around then. I'm also thinking of opening a thread in the outdoor section, just for fun and spread some more info around. Have a good time everyone
