Need advice - OG/ Cannabisworld Refugees - International Cannagraphic Magazine Forums

I have been dating someone for the past 3 months on a regular basis (i have known this person casually for a year)...
No sex yet, no sleepovers, just 5-6 hour dates (she lives 80 miles away from me) that have resulted to me getting to second base....This person is 39, lives at home with her elderly mother, and earns minimum wage.

The other day she was asking about her moving in, and saying she would want it to happen sooner than later, and if it isnt going to work that way, than she wants to get engaged soon...All that seemed really weird to me after only 3 months of regular dating as described above, I told her that my timeline for something like that would have to be at least 6-12 months of dating....I did talk to her later about that, and she basically said I was overreacting and over-interperted what she said (which I do not believe I did)...

She is attractive, and I was having alot of fun with her, and honestly enjoying her company, but now I am somewhat turned off by how quickly she wants things to happen....
She also has what I consider to be a somewhat shady past that she recently revealed to me, apparently she has worked as a pro-dominatrix in the past...she claims to have had no sexual contact with customers, and I do believe her....(jsut for the record, Im not into that lifestyle, and the relationship does not center around that type of lifestyle)...

Any thoughts? IS it me or is it jsut plain weird to want to move in so soon with someone, especially when the most amount of time spent togther is 5-6 hours..also, the fact that she worked as pro-domme worries me, it means to me that she is probably used to having her way, and later down the road would be very demanding...

the whole thing is pretty weird to me....

the less you give women the more they want you. seriously dude one thing i do know is women who get too attached/possesive too fast means they have daddy/abandonment issues. also they are usualy very easily pressured into things by other men and being nice to them usually leads to them abusing of your kindness.

wow, if you think women are only good for one thing you'll never find a relationship that works. maybe if that's the way you really feel you could find some nice guy for that and give up women all together. seriously dude, you can't hate on a whole group of people like that.

She looks kinda more on the bolder side to me. Can you deal w/ bold women? Some like it that way and for some, it's worse than being in Guantanamo Base. Are u more on the bolder side or on the timid side? Do you like to take alot of burden but lead or are you more comfortable w/ the "everyone for himself/ herself" kind of way? If u're a bit timid, it will help to have a bolder partner. If u're bold and a leader type, a submissive /timid partner suits you more.

Give the lady some money and see how she spends it. Try $300-$400. Does she buy shit for you and everyone (oz of bud, foodstuffs, household items) or does she buy shit only for herself (like a dress)? If she buys shit only for herself, she's not alright.

Have u gotten into a fight w/ her yet? When u argue, does she argue back or try to calm you down? U don't need pplz w/ false sense of ego who add petrol to fire instead of water....of course it should go both ways. Does she contradict you often? In public? You'll need people who will step down one step just to help u out when things aren't going great. Pplz w/ false egos don't do this and sink u deeper into the quicksand instead of lending a hand...

Now, this can kinda look a bit extreme for the "first worlders" but 3 mos is too short for anything.

If she is a broad minded, more or less egalitarian kind of person, I say- give it a bit more time and go for it. If not, don't cut the dealings w/ her but deal w/ her like a "kamarad."

In my college days, I can think of a plethora of women who were my very close...kamarads. We'd do everything. Smoke. Drink. Have groupie @ 1:00 AM on the 3rd floor. Go to places. Shroom out. Get drunk. Screw. Who knows...and I've known such pplz for years. But I still can't live w/ them in the same household. So, till the end, I just dealt w/ them like kamarads. Living in a single roof is an entire different story- think 'bouts the pointers and fun ppl/kamarads/keeps/sales representatives etc. aren't necessarily fun partners.
