Ok these are my 3 seedlings that i currently have growing in my closet.
They are 20 days old and all 3 are bagseeds from the same bag.
They are in a preferted soil and have not gotten any nutes yet.
Im only running a 70 hps light on them until i can get ahold of the cash for a 400 watt hps.
I will be using hps the whole way.
Maybe by next grow i can upgrade to a mh for veg and the hps for flowering but only money can tell.

If you have any questions and im sure you will feel free to ask and i will answer when i get a chance.

Hey. Consider browsing the outside/security lighting section of HomeDepot or Lowes. Closet grow, 150watt HPS security lamp. Cost...under $100.00.

I got my 70 watter from Lowes for 65 bucks.
I plan on getting a 400 for 100 bucks plus 10 bucks or so shipping from InsideSun.com.
Lowes has a 150 watt hps for 80 bucks that i was looking into getting but id rather have the 400 for only 30 bucks more.

did you top that one at like the first node? or did it just grow 2 heads? They are getting fert burned from the pre ferted soil. They don't look too bad but if they progressively get worse you may have to get some soil with no ferts or less ferts.

insidesun has cheap lights but their shipping takes a while. So if your in a rush i'd order asap.

No i havent topped any of them.
I prefer to do lst to topping.
I know they are burnt from the soil but im hoping that it wont continue and will get better as the plants use more nutes from it.
As far as InsideSun goes im not in a big hurry to get the light.
I dont mind waiting an extra week for a good deal.

I got this yesterday along with the package my sees should have been in.
I think the sender needs to change the package or the technique.

Was that a SD shipment or someone else?

Sucks your beans got nabbed.

That one self topped plant looks killer. I had a BOG LSD do that and it grew two killer main stalks.

No the seeds were sent to me for donating to a site.
I have to send the letter to him along with a new address in order to get new beans.

Ill be taking some new pics later on today for you all to see how a few days can change the look of a plant.

The self topped one has started to grow uneven.
Each side was even until today when one of them has started to grow taller then its twin.

2 Days later and look at the new growth just taking off.

The first 2 pics are of Mandi my second largest plant.

The next 2 are of Medusa the 2 headed plant.

The next 2 are of Sara my biggest plant as of right now.

And last is a group shot of them under the hps.
I transplanted them into bigger cups today along with the non ferted soil.
Next trasnplant they will go into there final pots unless i feel the need to place them into bigger pots during flowering or right before they go into flowering in 4 weeks.
That will give them close to 7-8 weeks in veg stage.
Over the next few days ill be watching for burning of the tops seeing as how they are now about 6 inches from the bulb.
Im going to have to get another small fan to put in there because the one i have isnt pushing around enough air to get those stems bigger and once they produce more leaves it will need more airflow.
