Grapefruit Scrog? - Female Seeds - International Cannagraphic Magazine Forums

I have 3 Grapefruits currently in veg. Theyve been vegging for about 1 month now and are about 12" tall. My questions are....

When should I start flowering in order for them to reach the 2.5 foot screen?
How much do the GFs stretch in flower?
I know they will stretch quite a bit in flower but will they overgrow my 2' 3"x 6 ft. space if I wait to flower them?

Flower them now cause they will stretch quite a bit, with a 2x3x6 its going to get a bit crowed in there but you should be ok. they are going to be monsters get ready for a lot of scrog training but in the end your going to have allot of bud

Thanks Snowdog27. Thats what I was thinking, just needed some reassurance.
My biggest concern is that theyll overgrow the screen so Ill put them into flower soon.

Just make sure you keep the main cola under the screen as long as possible if your not going to top it, and take your lower branches for clone. GF is very easy to clone

Yeah Ive already FIM'd them and plan to take clones from the lower part of the plant tomorrow. They look like theyll do very well in a Scrog setup.
