Heat resistant stains
Hi, I was just wondering what cannabiogen strains are heat resistant because I am interested in panama and mextiza.
Can these strains deal with high temps? Thanks. |

I am pretty interested in this topic as well. I am thinking that Sandstorm is the best bet for an easy to take care of line in a hot, dry, high altitude environment. But I am a bit more into sativas and already have some Mextiza in the stash.
Sandstorm sounds like a rugged survivor type of plant. |

I am also interested as my growing season is in the triple digits (F) most of the year.

Not Cannabiogen but Satori handles HOT extremely well.

I am thinking that Sandstorm would be a great beginners line to gift people that are new to growing outside in the heat. A lot of folks out there want to experience the joy of growing their own and need a easy to work with variety. But I don't see it as being high on my personal list of things to grow. The Sinaloa line from Cannabiogen could be another good one to look at. |

Sandstorm produces a very nice product i must say! If u have the chance to grow it try it! Here in my climate its not exactly perfect, rather the opposite...but it produces rock hard buds, indoor looking, and a really nice up high if u pick it early.

Bleiweis thanks for the insight on the Sandstorm. The environment, latitude, altitude of where I am talking about is high desert pretty much like Morocco itself. Just in North America not Africa. So Sandstorm is a very tempting offering no doubt. It seems like a great choice for a drought resistant option. Could come in handy for breeding tough hybrids for hot dry places. Maybe a Sandstorm x Colombian would work. I already have Mangobiche and Punto Rojo. Maybe hit a few South African hybrids. Thai has a long dry season during budding time.
I wonder how dominant Sandstorm is in crosses? People seem to love crossing the PCK into things. How much of the Moroccan side shines through in the Sandstorm itself? Any of you guys grown both the PCK, and Sandstorm? |

Sandstorm could be the hearty, high elevation, super dry beast of a breeding tool I am missing. But I have to slow way, way down on getting new seeds so time will tell.
How is the potency on her? |
