folks on probation in the state of Arizona may not be barred from the medicinal use of cannabis, the state Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday. Coloradoans are barred, according to an appeals court there. imagine, you are on probation for possession, but get to smoke & your PO can't do anything about it.

this was released on Topix for those interested in reading further. just one more reason for the US Supreme Court to take up one of the challenges to the unrealistic Sch. 1 classification that cannabis and its users suffer from. still waiting for the federal judge to release her verdict on this topic.

Im on probation out of non med state, told them no drug testing or no deal. Still not suppossed to go into a bar lol.

Reminds me of getting in trouble as a kid, they would have rules like 'cannot be around tobacco or alchohol use, cannot be around pornographic materials'. The adult version isnt much different..

banning you from using your medicine would be a violation of your rights as far as I am concerned....yeehaw..I love Arizona but wouldn't want to live there...fun to visit in cooler times of year...great junkyards for car parts and great gun shows with private sellers...been all over Arizona
