Ok here is my problem. seems the potencey of my weed sucks, and the flavor is not that good as well. Has aharsh flavor at the end of the bowl... So i need help LOL..

next few months if yall can help me i would really be thank full..


Right now i have 3 sets of strains.. AK47, GrapeFruit, and HOG.


It has been probalby 3 to 4 weeks in vegging. topped at 4th internod. no feeding yet.... So here we begin. They are in straight Fox Farm Ocean Forest in 1 gallon buckets. THey are sprouting well with the top.. getting ready to Transplant them. At the time of transplant i plan to feed them well with Fish emulsion and Kelp. @ 2 table spoons of fishy per gallon, half a gallon per plant...


Ok... so i normally will only feed once or twice after that before flowering...

Then for flowering i plan on useing Fox Farm Big Bloom Pure organic, Bat guano sprinkled on the top of the plant every couple of weeks. Kelp. ANd for additives, i planned on using something new house and Gardens Top booster and Bcuzz booster... But i think i have to be carefull of the boosters because they may be whats causing the foul taste.... Also i was thinking of trying molasis for flavor... i heard this really works... I normally will also add liquid karma to the food waterings.

Is this too much? its not really working.. what do you suggest? Im willing to try anything at this point... rather than waste my time.. thanks

ive got a friend who feeds his power plant with moasses just before every harvest and it tastes nice not too my liking though cos i have sesitive teeth and smoking sugar aint exactly good for em

The most obvious thing to suggest would be to make sure you're flushing, drying and curing them properly.

Definiatley flush them with water or a salt leaching solution near the end of harvest (GH FloraKleen, AA Clearex, GT Final Flush, AN Final Phase etc.). And yea SB is right, dry and cure them properly too.

If at first you dont succeed. Try and try again...

flush for 10-14 days w/plain water before harvest, harvest them trim larger fans leaves off hang upside down or lay flat on a elevated screen need air circulation. good to have a small fan blown in room they dry in 10-14 days check em, when a branch snaps when ya bend it that bud should be dry enough to manicure. curing i use 1 quart glass mason jars for canning, i fill the jar not real tight but full i place lid on and stick jar in cool dry place. every day for 20-30 min's i open the jars and let the air exchange then replace lids and put back in dark cool spot.. your weed will 1st prolly smell like fresh cut grass then after about 1wk it may smell like drier grass/hay. after 2-3 wks it starts to take on the smell and taste it should have this is providing ya gave her a proper flush w/plain water

The main 2 things that have already been said are///Flush,i flush for 10 days Min,straight water.//Then the Cure for atleast two weeks(sometimes cant wait n puff the same day its dry),but i found drying plants with all the fan leaf on kinda gives it a harsh smoke,dont know if you did that though.But man the strains you mentioned are too many tastey ,lol,and my AK tastes awesome right after the dry and before cure even.Ive heard of using Moleasses too,lol,but i would never add anything like that to my buds but water for a flush,and if i ever grew bud that tasted like crap and was harsh i prob wouldnt grow it again.If you want taste,look into C99/BoggleGum/NL5 x Haze or some other fruity flave,lol.Peace and stay safe,DancesWithWeed
