STEALTH computer desk.[70wHPS]

Hey all. This is my computer desk mini scrog with one of my fav. strains Blue Buddah ill be running a 70 watt HPS along with 78 watts of CFL's ill be scroggin 1-2 plants depending on what i decide is efficient later on. ,
SPACE: my space is about 14 inches wide. 17 inches deep. and a little more than 2 foot tall. the door is attached using friction and gravity but eventually gunna put some industrial velcro on so it doesnt fall off in the middle of the night. and better light proof it. I have one computer fan as an exhaust with sucks the air right out of this thing with all 4 CFLS on it stays at about 70 so with the HPS it shouldnt go any high than 80 tops porlly around 75. if it happens to peak higher ill be addind more exhaust. just has passive itnake in the form of holes drilled in the floor.

have any other questions feel free.

the setup at beginning stage. ill post more later. the setup has been finished with ductape around the lightproofing strips mylar and a new floor board. gotta find the digital before this grow gets to far along.

I have a grow very similar to this.. all fluro 125w. You're probably going to have tempature problems in there with a 70wHPS and CFLs. Looks good, should be interesting to see what happens..

found the cam. all sprouts has thrown their scab and only one has actually opened up hopefully the rest will by tonight and ill take some pics. had to rig something up last night to hold one 26 watt CFL incase they popped while i went out last night and i wasnt here to put some light on em. and im regretting going out just a tad hungover.

anyone ever had a bad high? i had one yesterday, i got real baked and i brought my head up real fast and all the blood just rushed out of my face and my whole body got numb for about 3 seconds then it all came back and i puked my brains out. this is the first time that has ever happened to me in the past 3 years and it wasnt welcome. left me with a bombass headache that i later drank away all and all the day ended in drunken happiness. Just thoughtd id share a bad weed experience! but im sure none of yall have that problem only the finest of bud float around your pipes. but over here the occasional ditch shit shack weed gets tossed in the mix. so remember. a friend with weed is not always a friend indeed expecial when his dope makes you blow chunks on your new sneakers.

stay safe, stay smart crew.

Looks cool Trey but we need more pics! Love the stealth design. Very sweet.

I can't believe it stays at 70 degrees with the HPS in there. Especially since I can't see the passive intakes you say you have at the bottom of the cabinet.

Why did you put your exhuast in the middle? Are you going to air cool your HPS or something? lol. Or is that fan located right at around where the top of your plants will be?

Dont forget that 70w CFL is more heat than 70w HPS. An additional 70w of anything in that space is no joke. I think you'll have major heat issues with that, give er a shot though.

the fan is in the middle like that because a pre-cut hole was there and i didnt want to cover it up and re-drill somewere else. with 3 CFLs it stays at roughly 73 degrees no problem. the fan is loud as shit and im funna have to fix that somehow more passive holes i suppose. ill get new pics up soon.

prolly wasnt the pot now that i think about it, but if most definetly intesified what ever it was. felt kinda poopy all day. oh well.

If you decide the 80mm fan needs to be replaced with a quieter one, I found the antec 3 speed 80mm fan (make sure you dont pick one up that has LED lights) to be really quiet even on high.

Weekly pics are really cool. I found that since I looked at mine everyday I wasn't really seeing the growth. But when I looked at the pics I could tell a big difference. Kept me motivated and satisfied that they were growing well.
