breeding an rks

so ive been breeding for about ten years now and im currently working on an rks stable strain. im in humboldt and im looking for a super funnky hash plant / afghanica ibl. i want a true kush hasplant/oldshoold affie that reeks of fuel and skunk and grows into a nice bush, not to tall to bring down the height and compact the buds. i have a nice old school super skunk i bred that is all skunk. can smell it through the jar. i need the affie to stabalize the line and lock down its traits to crete a true stable ibl rks. anyone have beans of affies or ideas of perfect affies for this, please let me know. thanks and keep on searching for gold

I have bred with two super skunky plants DC x RKS and a local skunk that is insanely skunky.

The DC x rks F2's turned out to be quite different from there parents and were more on the astringent skunk/marker side with less skunk over all.

The local clone only was bred with a low odor plant and grown outdoors, none of the 4 phenos showed any skunk, some berry like some fresh and funky and others citrus And sweet

from my experience the full skunk trait is not true breeding and even hard to stabilize.

Good luck though, it was never my intention to breed the skunk in anyhow.

I was going to suggest Tom Hills Deep Chunk...
Seems like a fitting variety.

I'm curious what your ratio of seeds popped to road kill phenos found is?

Would be nice to have a true road kill skunk in the stable.

Your best bet is to go with a afghan skunk (Super Skunk) or clone only but if you have to buy seeds I would suggest without hearing many reviews; JOTI Northern BC Skunk, Med mans RKS, DC x RKS (Cannacopia), an MNS strain like Devil which has some seriously skunky sativa looking phenos, mine was a male but reeked when rubbing the super sticky stem. Most phenos of Devil where very sweet/floral and great tasting though, made crazy hash. Good luck man.
