Lately I've been thinking about alternative methods of gettin the good stuff to my head, and I've done a bit of cooking. I've been curious about tinctures. From what I understand, you decarboxylate an extraction done with ethonol and apply it under the tounge. Is there any difference in the way fat bonds to thc and gets absorbed in the stomach and how thc is carried into the bloodstream quickly with the aid of alcohol? What different effects do each have, and which is more efficient?

theres a company that produces a thc alcoholic drink, and there was a big thread on tinctures with thc on overgrow, its doable

i always cook with oil, but alcohol (like you said) also bonds with THC. i think its pretty much a waste of your time to try and mix the two through cooking/distilling. just do them both at the same time.

however, some friends of mine made what they called "the green dragon" recipe: herb, bottle of everclear, soak for as long as you want (i think they did it for a few weeks, but i could be wrong on that number).

no one else seems to have a quick answer, so why not try it out for yourself and give us the answer?

Drop some good bud into a bottle of 151 or if you can get Everclear even better. Higher the proof the better. Let the bottle sit for a few months.

I have known people who stuff a while stem down into a bottle of rum and let it sit for months. It will FUCK YOUR WORLD UP!! lol for sure.
