Its all new to me lol.I just ate 20 MG in 2 10 mg yummiesqures.I have a 35 year tolerance so it should take me a bit.Thanks

1000mg = 1 gram.
100mg = .1 gram
20mg = .02 gram
I probably piss more than 20mg.

My cookies are in the 250mg range...I eat 3 when my neck is really bothering me...
