How will Mandala Seeds do with short Veg time?

Mandala Mike or other Mandala growers, How will mandala strains do with short veg times?

I only have one light and one place to grow, but I have a couple of long flowering Sativas in bloom with a good month to go. Hashberry and some other just finished and the Sativas are the only thing in the box. I really don't want to have to wait a month before starting something new. Some Sativas suggest short veg times and some even say you could start 12/12 from seed because of the heigth of the plant

How would a strain like Satori do with very little veg time? I wouldn't start the seeds in 12/12 because I have some CFL I use to germ, so the plants would be maybe 2-4 inches tall with one node probably. Because of space issues, thats about as long as I can keep them under the CFL.

So how would Satori with a 7-10 day veg Time? Obviously yields would be effected, but how badly, and what other problems would this cause?

It's been done on coco... which is a faster growing medium however. Plants obviously stay shorter and yield less. It's not possible to predict the extent of difference in yield because this depends on many other factors too such as light intensity, type of substrate, plant care, etc. Satori is per se a high yielder so I guess that she is going to do her best and you have to take it as it comes.
There won't be any "problems" starting like this unless you make errors in plant care like overwatering or feeding them too much (after all plants are smaller than usual). Resin and potency should be normal.

Thanks Mike! I will give it a try with the 2 Satori beans I have left. Hopfully one will be girl. With only one room to grow and veg in, all I can do is grow from seed. I wish I could clone and keep mothers, but that's not an option right now. I can live with the lower yield since I am bacially skipping the month or so of veg I could complete more crops per year to make up for the yield.

Everyday I look at my Hashberry in its jar. I can't wait to smoke it, but I have vowed to wait until it has cured for 2 weeks.

I dont know about satori, but my Kalichakra grow was fantastic. They all reached 4-5feet tall from no veg (straight 12/12)

Am I right in thinking that would not be the case with Sadhu for example as it is more Indica? My understanding is the Indica doms potency will suffer if not allowed to reach maturity before flowering?

It shouldn't. Plants won't even start flowering until they are around 3-4 weeks old (not including ruderalis strains). The potency won't be affected at all, the yield will be smaller and of course the plant will finish alot shorter.

No thats not true, the plant flowers when it is ready, meaning it will veg under 12/12 until it's big enough to produce buds.

Professional commercial growers use SOG methods where they veg clones for 1 week and then flower the plant, so I doubt it reduces potency
