Runnin with Elmer
This is my second clone run of Elmer's Glue. These are from the same mom that I posted the test results of 27.4% cannabinoids in this thread: https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=296666
I thought this particular girl wasn't going to be very promising (not the strain, just this one plant from seed) after the first harvest as something happened, (maybe didn't let her go long enough?) and she hardly had any smell at all and the nugs weren't all that solid. I almost tossed her completely and had a run of 6 planned that I culled 4 of but decided to see what the clone looked like. More often than not I have noticed that the clone of the strain I'm testing out is where I get to see it's potential..maybe because it's at a more mature stage than it gets to when flowered from seed...I dunno. Anyway, I kept two of them, flowered them out, and to my surprise looked like they were shaping up to be something special...smells were coming in as really fuelly dankness. I could really smell the diesel in it's lineage coming through. Plus some other smells that I have a hard time really putting a finger on. Harvested and was pleasently surprised with a very bountiful harvest form the two girls...I don't recall what it was exactly but believe it was around 8+ oz/ plant...good enough to catch my attn Had it tested and kept her around as she's got the highest #'s that I've ever had in my garden and most, if not all, of the people that have sampled her claim she is the strongest bud they have ever had in thier lives...I shit you not my brothers and sisters. She makes some pretty fine oil too ![]() https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=293379 I never made a thread of her and I figure it's high time I do so. These are at a new spot with a new (for me) nutrient line so it will be interesting to see what happens with them. The nute line at this spot are The Other Tomato, btw. I use Botanicare PBP line in my personal garden which I will be documenting a run of these Elmers, simultaneously. Here are the Elmers at what will be known as spot2 form here on out: |

Right on! I think you're right about the clone run coming out better. My clone run of Steve urkle looks way better than the seed run.

Gil: RIght on man, it's one of the reasons I take so long sorting phenos out as I have a hard time letting something go that I see could have potential. There's been a bunch of stuff that I've let go that I sure wish that I had still, oh well, there's dank to be had still!
DT: keep checking Relentless' section ya never know when a seed drop may happen...I have a feeling there's some beans-a-brewin I mean, there's gotta be, right? lol

Hi friends, I took the girls out of the tent today and moved them into the flower room under 2 1k lights for now...gotta get the other 3 or 4 1k's hung to give these girls some room as they look like they are going to be beasts
![]() I'm also running a cut of Plushberry right along side of these..this is a cut I found out of a 5 pack about 4 years ago and she has been the star of my gardern ever since...now that there are a bunch of Relentless Genetics lining up to get under the lights competition is fierce in here! lol Heeeeere's Elmer, She's got some cool double serration going on too

Hi manstein, those are 1 k lights. That's 2 of the 6 that are going in this room.
The green hose that is coming down is the condensate hose from the mini split that is on the wall there. It's draining into a bucket for now til I get the condensate pumps hooked up for both mini splits and the dehueys. You might be able to see the co2 generator hanging in the middle and behind the hoods. that will be fired up this week as well. |
